Paper to board laminate is available for various substrates. Printers supply their own printed sheets and required board for Pro Bind to laminate these supplied sheets to the supplied board. Substrates can vary from various specification boards or chip to corrugated.

Paper to board laminate is available for various substrates. Printers supply their own printed sheets and required board for Pro Bind to laminate these supplied sheets to the supplied board. Substrates can vary from various specification boards or chip to corrugated. The process is done on an automatic machine that merges the board from the bottom to the paper on top making use of a front and side lay system to insure you will be able to die cut afterwards.

MAIN SPECIFICATIONS ARE:

  • Minimum Size: SRA3
  • Maximum Size: 1100 x 1600mm

  • Minimum Top Sheet: 130gsm
  • Maximum Top Sheet: 450gsm

  • Minimum Bottom Sheet: 250gsm
  • Maximum Bottom Sheet: 10mm

  • Registration Accuracy: Up to 0.2mm
