Garment Printing

Garment printing is done inhouse by either DTG(Direct To Garment printer), DTF(Direct To Film), silkscreen(plastisol and waterbased) or sublimation. The type of printing is determined by the garment used.

Garment printing is done with our state of the art DTG(Direct To Garment) digital printer for 100% cotton and certain polycotton blends.

Silkscreen printing is done on 100% cotton, polycotton blends and polyester garments.

Sublimation printing is also done on 100% polyester white garments where the printing area does not exceed 180 x 280mm.

Contract silkscreen printing on garments is done in house as well for larger volumes. The inks used for garment printing is determined by the garment tipe and colour which varies between waterbased and plastisol. Glow in the dark printing also available.
